Gallego Intermediate Fine Arts Magnet School

Gallego Basic expanded into a K-8 program and the school site was named after the Gallego family who donated land to Sunnyside and was honored by naming a school after the family. To split the already established Gallego program, Gallego Intermediate Fine Arts Magnet School was built to serve students in grades 4th-8th. The first principal to serve Gallego Intermediate Fine Arts Magnet School was Anna Warmbrand, who is currently still in the role.
